Core Projects helped one of the country’s largest household furnishings retailers improve storage capability. A recent acquisition meant this client had to increase storage capability as quickly as possible.
The large warehouse floor space has been used for dropping pallet before quickly loading onto waggons for delivery. With the structure of the business changing the need for longer term storage increased.
Core Projects provided a pallet racking layout which optimised the available floor space but also did not take away from vehicle loading areas and pallet drop areas. The layout also included double deep pallet racking locations to accommodate large household furnishings such as sofas.
